What I'm looking for: As of September 2025, buyers can now view all Godrej Regal Pavilion specifications in the model apartments at the project site. The demo flats showcase the flooring, fittings, and finishes exactly as they will be delivered, giving homebuyers a clear idea of the quality and design before making a decision.
